ChicnZip currently ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are looking to expand our shipping coverage in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Costs
All orders from ChicnZip, including our Style Boxes and one-time mystery box purchases, come with free standard shipping. There are no additional costs; the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend due to higher volumes, but we’ll always strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
After processing, the typical delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping options, but we are committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as standard shipping allows.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
